Again, the answer depends on whether "your company" is meant as Elsevier or as The Lancet. While I can only say positive things of my time in the Lancet, Elsevier as a parent company feels a little too distant for any meaninful comment about the experience of working there

The feeling of working in a very familiar environment - even if that feels like it is being lost in light of recent changes
What are some of the best things about your team?
Absolutely everyone is invested in shared goals. Mutual help is a given. There is no internal competition. I know I can count on my collegues to help me achieve work goals, just as I am invested in helping them too
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are still quite low for the industry standard, and not rising fast enough to help employees deal with the abrupt and steep surge in costs of living. This falls down really poorly with employees, especially considering Elsevier's profits year after year
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It depends on whether we are talking about the leadership team at The Lancet or at Elsevier. While I feel that the leadership team of The Lancet is doing their utmost best for Lancet employees, I fear Elsevier management is a bit too far removed from the real issues for an effective leadership
