What makes you most happy at work?
To achieve all customer's requestes and with that, I can achieve my personal goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's possible to talk and tell them what we think can be better so we can have better outcomes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I suppose it will be the commission rate. But I didn't receive my compensation plan, so I don't know yet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Company is proud to be inclusive, and with that we can find all kinds of good people to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are collaborative, but sometimes too collaborative, taking over my responsibilities, and meetings, in a way that I need to stay quiet in front of the customer so he doesn't notice that, so I can move on with the opportunity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All I know is about my salary. I don't have any idea about my compensation plan. And my actual salary represents 64% of my last salary, without the commission. With the commission, it represents 44%. So it's below the market.
