When customers are responsive to requests and return their paperwork in a timely manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of knowledge and responsibility that we have should garner a higher pay scale. We are severely underpaid for the amount of work and responsibility we are expected to handle.
