I appreciate that they understand the importance of work life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is immensely compassionate, caring and helpful to one another. They will drop everything to help out a fellow teammate. Their collaboration considering we rarely see one another is person is fantastic!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement we get to try to maintain balance, it really isn't always possible but it is a result of volume of work not expectations from above. Our team wants to work hard for themselves and their fellow teammates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on comparisons to similar positions and cost of living I feel that it will be difficult to retain my team long term based on current pay. The balance and learning I get from this position outweighs my salary at this time.
