So far, this has been a great experience. The work is challenging but fair in the amount assigned. I can converse with my co-workers through chat or calls, and I find that my supervisors are readily available to answer questions.

I'm a boomerang employee, and when I came back, it was to a mountain of documentation that makes working remotely without the aid of in-person contact an absolute breeze. I'd forgotten how much I love this work, and I'm happy to be back!

I love the collaboration. Despite working remotely, there is are active Teams environments where questions and answers are shared.

The environment is competitive, and there are high expectations, but amidst that, there is expectation that we maintain work/life balance.

Though we're mostly working remotely, there are ample opportunities for "water cooler" type chats to get to know my co-workers.

While this is a high-energy environment, there is also a focus on work-life balance that I did not see at my previous employer.

I'm most happy when I can see that I've accomplished a task. It's quite satisfying seeing an article come in raw and moving it forward to publication.
