
Generally it is good, but there have been a number of organizational and realignment changes over the last couple of years. This does lead to a feeling of insecurity and "state of unknown" about where things are heading.
They are very transparent in their communications.

My role is paid under the rate for what is available outside of the organization. Unfortunately (it does seem to be the case) that we do lose quite a number of staff as they can get higher salaries elsewhere. What would make me feel better would be if my compensation better reflected external rates
