What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Psychological safety. I have the feeling that I can be open about not knowing something, asking questions and making (measured) mistakes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They seem highly knowledgable, professional and self motivated. At the same time, there is an informal atmosphere as well as psychological safety.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not know yet as I have not received the full compensation package yet, and there were a few things that were difficult to understand in the offer. I expect that the best part is the salary including the PBK, as well as the flexibility of WFH.
