The market is currently very competitive and there are companies that offer better benefits and/or salaries.

Despite being a big corporation, the internal structure is not completely vertical. There is space to share ideas and improve together.

I am surrounded by competent people and we stimulate each other constantly. Improvement is often the result of a positive and challenging working environment.

Possibility to share experiences, valuable and constructive feedback, we are pushed to challenge the status quo even if it's difficult to change things in a corporate environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite Elsevier/Relx being a corporation, the environment is quite flat and this is something I really appreciate, you feel that there is always an opportunity to share your point of view and often it is taken into consideration.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market offer a lot of possibilities and salaries are very competitive out there, even if money is not the only factor to be taken into consideration for accepting a job. This is not a complaint, but a fact.
