I would say the best thing about Elsevier is definitely its people! Supportive, understanding and helpful if anything arises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a great balance between seniority levels, colleagues don't feel 'wary' about speaking out as they're genuinely listened to.
What makes you most happy at work?
Relaxed working environment and being able to work remotely. It enables me to coordinate my work schedule with my home life and therefore relieves a lot of stress.
