I do not feel undervalued, but I do know that my pay is not competitive to equivalent roles at other organizations.
What makes you most happy at work?
When members of the team I manage speak to their own successes. It takes confidence to brag on yourself to begin with, and also a win for an individual is a win for the entire team and we love to celebrate those.
