that there is something relevant and world changing to do each day and there is time to learn new stuff along the way.

When I feel, I contribute to make a better team spirit and product + when feedback from the end-users that they feel heard and happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
everything but the pay-out money-salary is super. But the amount of work hours and the money paid for those are less than I'm used to in the business.
