Wellness is a priority to leadership team and I feel that we are valued as individuals and our individual needs are respected.
Employees have challenging goals but merit incentive is not well aligned with the amount of work we invest in meeting those goals. Outstanding performance is not properly rewarded.
They are always available to lend a helping hand when needed. It's great to work on a team where we received the support needed to be our best selves.
Compensation package is not competitive and salary is below average for industry. Raises, bonuses and incentives are minimum and don't really reflect our level of commitment and hard work to achieve outstanding performance.
