It is a positive one; There are benefits and negatives to working with Jira, but I like the systematic & structured thought it brings. Colleagues are all highly motivated and its a fast-paced environment. I would recommend Elsevier as an employer

There are incredibly diverse, highly-educated, experienced & talented people working here. That is an inspiration and a driving force in itself.
What makes you most happy at work?
When you work in small teams and make big steps. I like how open people are to ideas and willing to think along.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels that we are only judged on number criteria, and there could be other markers as well like collaboration, squad excellence, content. We are an international workforce, the option to buy more holidays from 7 to 14 would be nice.
