In the past I have experience working in various MNC and the work life balance was hectic. Always driven by pressure we never enjoyed the work culture. Its quite opposite here. I love the ownership I'm given

Its a pull based work environment. Nothing is pushed to us and the manager believes we are capable of finding our pace

They are very easily approachable and questionable. That shows I'm working with them and not for them. Our collaborated effort is required for this company's welfare.

We always share knowledge and never shy away from asking Qs. We are encouraged to ask our Qs irrespective of how silly we think they are.
