I am on a good wage for my area and level of expertise, and I am clear on what I need to do if I want to progress.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged and being able to find out answers, solve problems, or get new insights into things. Finding ways to continuously improve, not just for my work directly but across the business as a whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat us as humans and put the people first. Their response during COVID was perfect - Kumsal sending out the COVID working principles was absolutely fantastic and helped the whole business prioritise wellbeing. Everyone I know in other companies is impressed that we had this, as they didn't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is respectful and supportive. They are all skilled and work hard at their roles, and we do so while also having fun. I know that if I need help from any of them that I can reach out, and that we're a team with a collective approach, not just a group of individuals focussed on our own stuff.
