It's exciting, I learn everyday and interact with amazing colleagues and authors. I love science and am driven to publish "Science that inspires"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are working in understaffed teams, doing too much work, and the pay is quite low. I can't afford to live in the Boston/Cambridge area anymore and I have no expectations of a raise to match inflation, which add a LOT of stress to my life. We lose very smart and talented people due to $ issues
