Diverse, fast pace and interesting. Complicated in the beginning but great assistance to learn the workflows. It would be amazing if increased pay could reflect the hard work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the cost of living has made it very tough. With the remote working situation changing the work landscape and offers to work remotely have made the competition much tougher for Elsevier. Competitors are offering much higher pay.
