
We make an effort to coordinate social events several times a month.
Being more in touch with employees and their needs -- compensation is comically low.
I am currently unable to support myself in the city where my job is located, and I feel that this is counterintuitive. Given my workload, and given the record profits that the company boasted about, I look at how little I can afford and feel worthless.
I enjoy the work that I do, but I do not believe I am being paid fairly when I hear about how the company achieved record profits in the last year. It is hard to feel excited about work when an executive can vacation in the south of France while I live paycheck to paycheck.
