Haven't had a chance to meet/ hear form most of them so no major opinions at this time

The people hired are generally very good. We need more help to do our jobs to be successful without significant overtime
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know this is true of publishing in general but I know I am paid much less than peers at similar levels in academia. Don't tie days off to sick leave
