Everyone is so smart and conscientious. Everyone feels comfortable asking questions of each other and sharing knowledge. They are to a person kind and fun loving.

1) The feeling of putting my skills to use. 2) Getting positive feedback from authors (my "clients") and making them happy with the results of what we do (publishing).
