While in my area I do not see a lot of room for growth, that doesn't mean I am not continually learning things. I am content with my job and love that there are new things to learn and I just have to ask.

The work that I do. I absolutely love what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel certain departments are extremely underpaid compared to others. It needs to be looked at, addressed and shared openly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have grown as a diverse company and I love to learn from my colleagues about cultures that I have not been exposed to.
