I came into an entry level position, and have raised slowly to a higher position, but I do think that the full breadth of what I have to offer is lost in numbers and administrative busy work.

The people - co-workers and direct management are caring and giving people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken a lot of undesirable territories and for the most part grew them, but there doesn't seem to be any understanding or appreciation of that - just the growth number without the context.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a disconnect between making the customer experience actually better (service levels, consistency, billing procedures and transparency) and surface things that look like its better. The billing procedures and transparency would improve a lot.
