Stability. Yes we don't pay as wildly as others, but it also means we need to don't fire as quickly.

they are good human beings (not to be underrated). we all have a shared sense of purpose: we know why we choose to work here. we have a culture of continuous improvement

colleagues genuinely care and will go out of their way to be kind / reach out if they sense someone is in need. we do good things for the world
What makes you most happy at work?
Having lived in Science and Tech it's something new for me to work in a team with so many amazing women. The men in our team are part of that too actually: they are just all good people - there's not that alpha-ing you see elsewhere. We come together to fix problems together
