Rewarding and enjoyable. I have a great team, a great boss and the enthusiasm across the board is contagious. It's been a pleasure so far and I have no doubt it will remain positive throughout my time here.

Flexibility and respect of others work/home set up and arrangements. It's by far the most positive organisation I've worked for in terms of culture.

They genuinely care about employees and also the business. Consideration is taken at all stages of all processes and this is apparent in the general positivity across the organisation

They all seem kind, transparent and caring. They work as a team for the better of the organisation and don't seem to have independent objectives that overtake company objectives

They are really collaborative and always willing to help you out. It's a real team effort and I can't emphasise enough how respectful people are of each other across the organisation.
