So far, it has been good! I appreciate the meetings with the executive team because they help me understand the company, its challenges and successes, the trajectory. My weekly meeting with my manager (Ellen Wurm-Cutter - the BEST!!) are excellent. She has been encouraging and patient.

There is a lot of responsibility in this role and I believe that the salary does not reflect that.

the goal for this year is to move faster, do more. Then pay more. Tuition reimbursements for our children would be nice
