What are some of the best things about your team?

Intelligent, practical, hard-working, collaborative, goal-orientated

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The vision and the practical approach is good. Execution is variable.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I think I'm working with other people towards a shared goal, and that goal is acheivable / realistic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Complete lack of transparency can only lead me to the conclusion that the company are not keeping up with the competition. Several valued colleagues leaving for competitors underlines this.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with are great - they stretch me and I really like working with almost all of them. It's the processes / workflows that cause the frustration.
