I work remotely, but get to connect with customers and my team over email and Zoom occasionally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work closely with the team that they are leading, not totally separately. They seem to care about me and our team's success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so kind and helpful. Any of them would drop what they're doing to answer my questions or teach me how to do something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a newer employee, the wage is fine but for the workload I sometimes take on, I would appreciate a raise in the near future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to help customers! Teaching them how to optimize our digital products and helping them feel confident in using them to deliver the best education to their students.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team's energy is a great part of the environment. Working from home, I don't really feel like I get to experience much of the company culture or environment, which I would like to.
