What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest when I'm learning new things and solving problems with similarly dedicated colleagues who want to make the world a better place. This is my daily experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part my compensation package is matching contribution Elsevier makes toward my 401k. I also value the tuition reimbursement benefit and intend to take full advantage of it within the next year to pursue an advanced degree.

We have an incredibly dedicated and authentic leadership team at Elsevier. Our leaders live by our mission to impact health outcomes for the benefit of society. It's inspiring to see the alignment across all departments and at all levels of the organization.

The culture at Elsevier is highly collaborative, supportive, and solution-oriented. We have some of the brightest and most accomplished professionals in the industry working here and yet everyone operates with a refreshing sense of humility. We listen to each other. We solve problems together.
