What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flex time. The trust the company has in its employees that the assignments will be completed despite the flex time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendships, camaraderie, pizza parties, bagel get togethers, free breakfast first Tuesday of each month, summer picnics, Christmas party, and numerous interactions such as zoom calls during covid to catch up with one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us informed of new initiatives. They take the time to visit the office when possible and those I've met are personable and down to earth and seem to be very interested in hearing from the staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all different yet we are able to find common ground to come together and interact well . We all try to help one another and no one is looking back bite or talk against a colleague to get ahead. In my group people get ahead by beig more helpful and by gaining the knowledge to be more helpful.
