There is no clear path to promotion or many opportunities horizontally. Many of the open positions are junior ones. While my colleagues are great, the company's structure does not make me feel secure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be a minimum of 10 sick days that are separate from the standard 18 days of PTO. This affects our colleagues' decisions to take a day off and recuperate or work through the sickness, because they do not know how long they'll be sick or if they'll be sick again later in the year.
