Onboarding was rough, but after I figured out ways to be more effective and efficient, I really enjoyed my job. Love my FLM! Really enjoy everyone on my team. I have been very lucky that the people working closest to me is what has made me love working here.

They are extremely diverse so we have an expert in almost all fields that we can pull knowledge from
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity. We really respect each other and look forward to discussing ways to solve day to day situations with clients, sales, product etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My FLM has a wonderful management style. I won't leave as long as he is here. I regret that not everyone has the great working relationship with their FLM as I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility is the best part of my compensation (WFH/PTO), however the medical package and advocacy is less than desirable. It seems like the people negotiating health insurance packages have never actually used their health insurance benefits.
