They give importance to the employees/subordinates. They value and consider the points/suggestions provided by the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work is high and overwhelming at times. I feel like to doing extra work for the salary I am receiving. Adequate resources are unavailable. Also, it would be great if a monthly incentive plan can be implemented based on the individual's performance.
