Team coordination is very bonding in our team in terms of related to the project process

The leadership team should listen to the employee's concerns and have to do some action on results. Here we are not seeing any results for the raised concerns.

resolving the issues then and there when a team is available at the office. At homework, we are unable to get valuable time from our colleagues to discuss the project issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What we are doing is more than our current role and this concern was raised many times to the management team for the past few years but to date, there have been no results.

Our team works well together, leveraging each other's strengths to achieve common goals efficiently. We maintain open and transparent communication, which helps in resolving issues quickly and keeping everyone aligned. Everyone is dedicated to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For many years, we have been advocating for a fair salary package comparable to other roles. However, the management repeatedly states that it is beyond their control to provide such adjustments, and HR has not been involved in addressing this matter.
