compensation is not up to the market standards. this time the hike was just 8.97% last year it was 12% why there is a sudden dip even though the revenue was increased in all four branches

I sometimes feel undervalued when I perceive that my contributions and efforts are not fully recognized or rewarded, especially when my work exceeds expectations or involves additional responsibilities. Additionally, a lack of clear communication regarding performance expectations and opportunities
