The culture is extremely off-putting.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It would help to be solution-oriented and not harp on the problem after it has been identified.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less sarcasm and cynicism, less disdain for customers displayed during meetings, and it would be nice if the CEO wouldn't vape during internal Zoom meetings.
