Very smart and analytical. Hard working and generally willing to both have a debate but reach a compromise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's low compared to market compensation at similar companies. Most HR calls have highlighted this is true and all the cultural / work-life balance reasons to work here.
