I've been here a long time, and it's never felt so pressured. I don't think it is sustainable but for now I am choosing to try and get through because I respect the people I work with, and I believe in Elsevier and what it delivers.

Flexibility to work as needed with regard to autonomy and hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not receiving an increase when you take on more responsibilities and more teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too overworked to be able to have thinking time. Incessant workload. Expectation of immediate responses with IM tools which mean that you can't escape the pressures.
