It's a very good company to work with. But in 2023 few of the QE lead / manager face firing due to org structure change. Which is somehow still in some place of the mind and sometimes remind the job security. I joined as QE Lead but i can see there is no growth in the same QE field.

Hike period is fixed. getting more than 100% of the IIP

It's normal package only. But it has other benefits like good leave policy. Good insurance coverage. Free transport and flexible working environment
