Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the starting salary could use a slight adjustment, given the cost of living crisis and the requirements for this role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The working environment is flexible, and the office environment is comfortable, which encourages me to come in to the office regularly. I am also able to work from home, which I greatly enjoy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the amount of work that I have put in to get the qualifications needed for this position do not reflect my compensation. Additionally, I do not believe that my salary keeps up with inflation and the cost of living.
