Seniors in the team should treat their juniors with respect and not feel too proud of themselves being seniors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel Elsevier pays their employees fairly. I am happy with the annual and festival gifts that we receive each year. Plus, the breakfast and lunch subsidies that the company offers at few outlets in food court.
