From recruitment, onboarding, to now being fully integrated into the business, the process has been fast and easy. Everyone I've met has been kind and willing to help. Admittedly its a bit of a culture shock (in the best way). I enjoy my job and I enjoy working at Elsevier.

My team is knowledgeable and excited about teaching me new things. They're patient during the learning process and so very kind. A great group of people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company embraces information security in a way I've never seen any other company do; I've worked in this field for 16 years. I am amazed!
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the ability to get great work done from the comfort of my home. It allows me to focus on what is important at work without the stress of a commute.
