Its not at par with market prices. Projects are spending on contractors rather than investing on their own tech teams

The gifts given are cheap, the health insurance app has lot of issues which people keep bringing up. Not much flexibility in deciding the EPF, other deductions etc., to save tax. No plan to consider the telephone plan if we choose to take the bundled plan by the ISP.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No contractors for life! If we want to be a technology company, there should be strict no-no to contractors. if its inevitable, maybe we can do one or two contractors. MAX! I have seen squads of contractors! They are gonna get in their own culture and will slow down the work rather than increasing
