Compared with other organizations of the same size/caliber, there is a large difference in salary... but Elsevier does make up for it in company culture!

Elsevier leadership is committed to producing quality content for the general public. They are motivated to give colleagues opportunities to grow within and by working with empathy and kindness.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager is awesome, and so are my colleagues who keep me engaged. The ability to network and get to know people across the organization has been pivotal in building the sense of culture and community that everyone wants in their work.
