What is the best part about your compensation package?

Comprehensive health benefits and retirement savings matching.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help someone resolve an issue they are having, or finding a new and interesting challenge to analyze and attack.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The community I work in is reliably supportive and encouraging. There is none of the "friendly" ribbing or other deprecating or competitive discourse that I have found so frustrating and toxic at other companies I've worked for.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The Leadership team is regularly communicative about not only the goals and direction of the company as a whole, but regularly address issues relevant to the individual employee. If they don't have the answer, they find it and follow up. If they results are less than stellar, they work to improve.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about Elsevier is its people. Even during days (or weeks) when my daily tasks grow wearisome or the external partners I have to work with are frustrating, I can always count on the support and encouragement of my co-workers. I can honestly say they are the reason I still work here.
