So far overall good but it's already 4 years currently I'm lacking carrier growth even after working very hard and also not happy with the pay growth

I’d like to raise a concern regarding compensation. After nearly four years, salary growth has not kept pace with market standards. In some cases, new hires at similar levels appear to receive higher pay for comparable work. It would be helpful
