The compensation should be based on the overall job being undertaken by an individual than based on the designation.

Recent changed in the performance linked sales bonus has affected sales team adversely and there is lot of frustration around that. This is in spite of the great sales performance

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is not much opportunity for career growth and our senior management is not looking to solve this issue. Openings come up but my candidature gets rejected without proper explanations.
