While I am a part of the great team and exciting market, the recent structural changes have adversely affected the morale. Moreover, these changes have not been managed effectively by senior leadership team which has caused a lot of confusion. There is no growth opportunity for seasoned personnel.

Recent changed in the performance linked sales bonus has affected sales team adversely and there is lot of frustration around that. This is in spite of the great sales performance

There is not much opportunity for career growth and our senior management is not looking to solve this issue. Openings come up but my candidature gets rejected without proper explanations.
