My experience at Elsevier has been a positive one where I've been able to pursue a fulfilling career and also have the flexibility to raise a family. I have learned alot and have developed a valuable skill set with what I do in my role. I also work with some amazing colleagues.

Knowledgeable, committed to their work, ethical, open minded, collaborative, willing to help their colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent communication and visibility. Provide updates on the company's goals for the business and for inclusion and diversity
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference with the products I manage. Being productive and on time with publications, creating/maintaining positive relationships with authors
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all accepted no matter race, gender identity, skill set, work experience. We all have something to contribute, and it's noted.
