Though I am a continent worker for most of my career, should I choose to turn into a FTE, Elsevier would be my first choice and maybe an employer who motivates me to do that.As long as I am here, am sure I will learn new stuff which keeps me relevant in the market and also can look after my wellbein
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn and work on the latest technologies and all the buzz stuff! I love to be around with people who genuinely care for you and look forward to you success. Its an amazing feeling out here....
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an independent contractor, I am paid well for the services I render and definitely consider Elsevier as a pay master as compared to other similar Tech companies out there. They value you not only for the skills you bring in, but also how you blend in and uphold the culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO has a great vision of where Elsevier needs to be in the short and long term and the leadership team under her are very capable to create goals tailored to their business areas and also having constant insights on what's happening in world at the same time. Keep them very relevant in the mark

The people I interact on a day to day basis are very well invested...when I say that, it means they are motivated to do their job, love what they are doing and are very aligned to the organisation goals and objectives. OKR are a very good example of how this organisation focus on goals and objective
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, ititss about me treated a human first, my well being (includes my family and its true for all managers I worked) and constantly supporting me to deliver my role. Not many places in my entire career I have made so many good friends, as that's part of the culture to be treated as a family!
