They keep the employees informed and updated about the organization, what is happening, what progress are we making.

We are from different cultures, with different experiences. It's great to learn from people in the team, share opinion, ask for help and guidance when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is what I really like about this place. The senior management is actually and seriously concerned about the wellbeing of their employees and are helping in maintaining the work-life balance.
