They keep in touch with each and every employee by some means. May be calls, surveys etc., We just feel like they're just a call away.
I believe Customer and Employee centric nature. Elsevier values deliverables keeping the employee wellbeing. Elsevier wants to address all the customer needs yet without imposing pressure on the employee to meet the deadlines.
Being a newbie, I want to learn more about the company and also the tech related stuff. I want to enhance my calibre. So I get motivated with the work I got to do.
Highly efficient, talented & hardworking. Very welcoming. I can just count on them when I'm stuck and I'd get the help for sure, may be with slight delays but yes. Also the communication is healthy and open. I love the team so very much :)
